Operated by The Space Between Therapy LLC
Effective Date: March 3, 2026
I. Introduction
The Space Between Therapy LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) understands that you care about how your personal information is used and shared. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to safeguarding the personal information you provide to us.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you access or participate in the ECHO & LIGHT™ Frontline Responder Program, including any related websites, learning platforms, forms, surveys, communications, virtual sessions, and other program-related services (collectively, the “Program”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully, as it contains important information about your personal information and your rights under the law.
By accessing or using the Program, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use (if applicable), and any other Company policies in place at that time. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the Program after we make changes is deemed acceptance of those changes, so please check periodically for updates.
II. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through the Program and any associated websites or learning platforms, and in communications between you and the Program.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by any third party, including through any application, platform, or content that may link to or be accessible from the Program (for example, Zoom, Kajabi, Stripe, or social media platforms). We encourage you to review those third parties’ privacy policies directly.
III. Eligibility (Users Must Be At Least 18)
Participation in our Program is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old. The Program is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided personal information to us through the Program, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
IV. Information We Collect and How We Collect It
We may collect several types of information from and about Program users, including:
Personal information you provide, such as name, email address, phone number, postal address, occupation or professional background, date of birth (if provided), and any content you submit through forms, surveys, assessments, reflections, or communications.
Payment and billing information may be collected and processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers ourselves.
Automatically collected information may include IP address, browser type and device information, usage details (such as pages viewed, session duration, and interaction metrics), and cookie data and similar tracking technologies.
We collect this information directly from you when you provide it (for example, when you enroll, complete a form, or contact us), and automatically as you use the Program (for example, through cookies or analytics tools).
By voluntarily providing information, you consent to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You can choose not to provide certain information; however, doing so may limit your ability to access Program features.
Important Note About Program Content (Not Therapy / Not HIPAA)
The ECHO & LIGHT™ Frontline Responder Program is educational and coaching-based. It is not therapy and does not create a therapist-client or healthcare relationship. While participants may choose to share personal reflections, we do not collect or maintain protected health information under HIPAA through the Program.
Automatically Collected Information (More Detail)
When you engage with the Program, we may receive and record information in server logs from your browser or device, including IP address, browser type, cookie information, pages requested, and time spent using the Program. We may store this information ourselves or it may be stored by our service providers who support Program delivery.
We may use this data to operate and improve the Program, customize your experience, understand how the Program is used, and communicate with you about Program-related opportunities or updates.
We may use aggregated information (that does not identify you) for lawful business purposes, including describing our services to current or prospective partners. We may retain data you provide or that we collect through the Program, even if you do not complete enrollment or create an account.
V. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience and help the Program function properly. Cookies are small files stored on your device that allow us to recognize you and remember certain preferences.
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through settings. If you disable cookies, some Program features may not function as intended.
Do Not Track
We may track users’ use of the Program. Because there is no consistent industry standard for “Do Not Track” signals, we do not respond to browser DNT signals.
VI. How We Use Your Information
We may use information we collect about you to provide and administer the Program and its contents; register participants and manage accounts (where applicable); process transactions, payments, billing, and collections; provide customer support and respond to inquiries; send Program-related updates, notices, and communications; provide marketing and promotional communications (you may opt out at any time); improve Program content, delivery, and user experience; enforce our policies and agreements; protect against fraud, misuse, malicious activity, and security incidents; comply with legal obligations and defend against claims or litigation; fulfill any other purpose disclosed when you provide information; and use information with your consent.
Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe link or opt-out method.
VII. Disclosure of Your Information
We are not in the business of selling your personal information. We may disclose aggregated information about users and information that does not identify any individual.
We may disclose personal information to contractors, vendors, and service providers who support our business (for example, learning platforms, email providers, analytics, and payment processors); to professional advisors (lawyers, accountants, consultants, and security professionals) when reasonably necessary; in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, restructuring, dissolution, or sale of assets); to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it; for any other purpose disclosed at the time you provide the information; and with your consent.
We may also disclose personal information to comply with subpoenas, court orders, or legal requirements; to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others; to enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements, including billing and collection purposes; and to prevent fraud or reduce credit risk.
VIII. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.
If you create an account, your information may be protected by login credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and limiting access to your device. We are not responsible for circumvention of any security measures contained within the Program.
IX. Third-Party Links and Platforms
The Program may contain links to or use third-party platforms such as Zoom, Kajabi, Stripe, and social media services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Links do not imply endorsement. Please review the privacy policies of those third parties directly.
X. Social Media
Interactions with us through social media platforms are governed by the privacy policies of those platforms. We may collect information when you interact with our official social media accounts or communicate with us through those platforms. Any information we collect through those interactions will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
XI. International Users and Transfers
We primarily store and process information in the United States. If you access the Program from outside the United States, you consent to the processing and storage of your information in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
XII. California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information regarding the disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please contact us using the information below.
XIII. GDPR Rights (EEA, EU, UK)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, European Union, or the United Kingdom, you may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing of your personal information.
To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence, place of work, or where an alleged infringement occurred.
